The first day of the seminar focused on theoretical foundations.
- Game Advisor Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding the critical role of game advisors in ensuring fair play and a positive game experience for all players.
- Spirit of the Game: Deep diving into the core principles of Ultimate, emphasizing fair play, sportsmanship, and self-officiating.
- Rules Interpretation and Application: Clarifying rules, discussing common misconceptions, and developing consistent decision-making skills.

Days 2 & 3: Putting Theory into Practice on the Field
The subsequent two days shifted to practical field sessions. Participants had the opportunity to:
- Observe and Analyze Game Situations: Observing live games and identifying potential rule violations and Spirit of the Game infringements.
- Develop Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills: Practicing effective communication with players, coaches, and other game advisors to resolve disputes and maintain a positive game environment.
- Refine Decision-Making Skills: Applying their knowledge and skills to real-game scenarios, making informed decisions.
